Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly grease a baking dish with oil or butter.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, eggs, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • Whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.

Baking

  • Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, until the edges are golden and the center is set.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
