Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets salmon 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • black pepper freshly ground, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon parsley finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dill finely chopped
  • 1 lemon slices for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and lemon juice.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish, skin-side down. Brush generously with the butter-lemon mixture.
  • Sprinkle minced garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper over the salmon.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Once baked, garnish with chopped parsley and dill, and serve with lemon slices.
