Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and lemon juice.
Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish, skin-side down. Brush generously with the butter-lemon mixture.
Sprinkle minced garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper over the salmon.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Once baked, garnish with chopped parsley and dill, and serve with lemon slices.
