old-fashioned rolled oats

overripe banana
the riper, the better for sweetness

eggs

unsweetened almond milk
or milk of your choice

tablespoons
honey
or sweetener of choice

teaspoon
baking powder

teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/4
teaspoon
cinnamon
for warming flavor

salt
to enhance sweetness
1/4
cup
mini chocolate chips
optional, but recommended
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a blender, combine rolled oats, overripe banana, eggs, almond milk, honey, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Gently fold in mini chocolate chips.
Divide the batter evenly among four ramekins, leaving space at the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
