Instructions
In a microwave-safe mug, combine flour and baking powder.
Add light brown sugar and ground cinnamon, mixing well.
Pour in milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, then add the mashed banana.
Stir until you achieve a smooth batter without lumps.
Microwave on high for about 1 minute and 10 seconds, watching closely.
Let cool for a couple of minutes before enjoying either in the mug or on a plate.
