ripe banana
(mashed)

rolled oats
(regular or gluten-free)

milk of choice
(dairy or non-dairy)

tablespoons
chopped pecans or walnuts

teaspoon
vanilla extract

teaspoon
ground cinnamon
dash
sea salt

tablespoon
ground flaxseed
(optional)

teaspoons
pure maple syrup
Instructions
Mash the ripe banana and place it at the bottom of a jar or bowl.
Add the rolled oats and pour in your choice of milk.
Stir in the cinnamon, vanilla extract, sea salt, and maple syrup.
Add the chopped nuts and optional flaxseed, mixing everything thoroughly.
Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
In the morning, stir and enjoy cold or warm in the microwave.
