Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup strong coffee brewed and cooled
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter smooth or crunchy
  • 1 Tbsp honey adjust to taste
  • 2 cups ice for frosty texture

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and prepare your coffee.
  • In a blender, combine the banana, coffee, milk, peanut butter, honey, and ice.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired, then blend briefly to mix.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
