Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp milk for crust
  • 1/2 large ripe banana mashed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup quick, minute, or rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla Greek yogurt for topping
  • Optional toppings Sliced bananas, crushed graham crackers

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar or glass container, combine graham cracker crumbs and milk until they resemble a moist crumb mixture. Press this mixture into the bottom of the jar.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, milk, maple syrup, vanilla Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Stir in the oats, chia seeds, and vanilla protein powder until evenly mixed.
  • Pour the mixture over the crust in the jar, ensuring to scrape out all the creamy goodness.
  • Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight to let the oats soak.
  • Before serving, top with additional Greek yogurt, sliced bananas, and crushed graham crackers.
