Stir in the oats, chia seeds, and vanilla protein powder until evenly mixed.
Pour the mixture over the crust in the jar, ensuring to scrape out all the creamy goodness.
Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight to let the oats soak.
Before serving, top with additional Greek yogurt, sliced bananas, and crushed graham crackers.
