  • In another bowl, mix the milk, mashed banana, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well blended.
  • Pour the liquid mixture over the oats and stir until everything is combined evenly.
  • Divide the mixture into individual jars or bowls with lids, ensuring you distribute it evenly.
  • Seal the containers and refrigerate them overnight, or for at least four hours, allowing the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.

Serving

  • When ready to serve, give the oats a good stir and top with fresh banana slices, a dollop of whipped cream, crushed graham crackers, and chocolate shavings if desired.
