Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk or your milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • Chocolate chips optional
  • Maple syrup to taste
  • 1 banana sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, instant vanilla pudding, and creamy peanut butter. Drizzle in maple syrup to taste.
  • Secure the lid and shake vigorously until well combined. The mixture should have a creamy consistency.
  • Gently fold in sliced bananas, or add them in the morning to prevent browning.
  • Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4-5 hours to allow the oats and chia seeds to soak up the flavors.
  • In the morning, stir the mixture and top with additional banana slices or chocolate chips if desired.

Notes
