Ingredients
  

  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced in half
  • 1 cup milk (any type)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

Instructions
 

  • Place the banana halves in a blender.
  • Add the milk and Greek yogurt to the blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, add more milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if desired, adding honey or cinnamon if you like.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
