Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
Instructions
Place the banana halves in a blender.
Add the milk and Greek yogurt to the blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, add more milk to reach your desired consistency.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if desired, adding honey or cinnamon if you like.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
