Instructions
Prepare your ingredients by peeling and slicing the frozen bananas.
Place the sliced bananas into your blender and let them sit for 2-3 minutes to soften slightly.
Turn the blender on low to chop the bananas into small pieces, then gradually increase the speed.
Slowly add in your chosen milk while blending until smooth. Use a tamper or spatula if needed.
If a thinner consistency is desired, add more milk and blend again.
Spoon the smoothie into serving bowls and swirl in the nut butter on top.
Add your desired toppings, such as fresh fruit, granola, and seeds.
