Ingredients
  

  • 2 frozen bananas peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup milk your choice: almond, soy, coconut, etc.
  • 1-2 tablespoons nut butter almond butter, peanut butter, etc.
  • a pinch cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your ingredients by peeling and slicing the frozen bananas.
  • Place the sliced bananas into your blender and let them sit for 2-3 minutes to soften slightly.
  • Turn the blender on low to chop the bananas into small pieces, then gradually increase the speed.
  • Slowly add in your chosen milk while blending until smooth. Use a tamper or spatula if needed.
  • If a thinner consistency is desired, add more milk and blend again.
  • Spoon the smoothie into serving bowls and swirl in the nut butter on top.
  • Add your desired toppings, such as fresh fruit, granola, and seeds.
