Instructions
Gather all your ingredients. Peel the banana and ensure it is very ripe for added sweetness.
Place the banana and fresh baby spinach into your blender.
Pour in the milk or your chosen dairy substitute.
Add ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk to reach your desired consistency and blend again briefly.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed with honey or agave syrup.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
