  • 1/2 large very ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk (or your preferred dairy substitute)
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients. Peel the banana and ensure it is very ripe for added sweetness.
  • Place the banana and fresh baby spinach into your blender.
  • Pour in the milk or your chosen dairy substitute.
  • Add ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
  • Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk to reach your desired consistency and blend again briefly.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed with honey or agave syrup.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
