  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Use high-quality for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Cooking spray To prevent sticking.

For Serving

  • Cooked white rice for serving Provides a great base for the chicken.

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  • Toss the bite-sized chicken pieces in the sauce, ensuring they are well-coated.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Arrange the coated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer.

Cooking

  • Cook the chicken for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) for safety.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken and let it rest for a couple of minutes.

Serving

  • Serve the Bang Bang Chicken over a generous portion of white rice.
  • Drizzle any remaining sauce over the chicken and garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.

Notes
