Ingredients
  

Main ingredients

  • 2 pieces naan breads
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh or canned)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with barbecue sauce. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated.
  • Brush each naan bread lightly with olive oil to help crisp them up in the oven.
  • Spread an even layer of the barbecue chicken mixture over each naan.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken on both pizzas.
  • Add sliced red onion and corn on top of the cheese.

Baking

  • Place the naan pizzas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle freshly chopped cilantro over the top.
  • Allow the pizzas to cool slightly before slicing.
