  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt Use high-quality yogurt for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce Adjust based on preferred sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped Optional, for garnishing.

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, measure out 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the bowl.
  • Pour in 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce, adjusting based on your preferred sweetness.
  • Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until they are well combined and smooth.
  • If desired, stir in freshly chopped parsley for an extra fresh touch.
  • Taste the sauce and adjust any seasonings or BBQ sauce to suit your preference.
  • Cover the bowl and let the sauce sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
