- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ¼ cup water
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Brown the beef – Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
