Taco toppings(sour cream, Pico de Gallo, taco sauce, shredded lettuce)
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent (7-10 minutes). Drain excess grease.
Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, chili powder, cumin, and dried cilantro to the skillet. Stir well to coat the meat with spices.
Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
In another skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Place corn tortillas in the skillet, spooning some of the beef mixture onto each, and sprinkle with cheese.
Fold tortillas to form half-moons and cook until golden brown and crispy (about 3-4 minutes per side).
Drain on paper towels and serve warm with desired toppings.
