Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Stir in the taco seasoning according to package instructions.
Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet for about 1 minute to make them pliable.
Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese in the center of each tortilla.
Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides, and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the taquitos in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
