Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or your favorite blend
  • 10-12 pieces Corn Tortillas

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning according to package instructions.
  • Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet for about 1 minute to make them pliable.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese in the center of each tortilla.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides, and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the taquitos in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.

Notes
