Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 cup yogurt of your choice (preferably unsweetened and thick)
  • 2 Tbsp cream cheese (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup (or more to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • a pinch salt
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl or container, combine almond milk, yogurt, and cream cheese (if using). Stir until well combined.
  • Add maple syrup and vanilla extract, mixing well to create a creamy base.
  • Stir in rolled oats, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt until evenly distributed.
  • Gently fold in mixed berries.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  • In the morning, stir the oats and serve topped with Greek yogurt, a drizzle of maple syrup, and granola or graham cracker crumbs.
