almond milk (or milk of your choice)

yogurt of your choice (preferably unsweetened and thick)

cream cheese (optional)

maple syrup (or more to taste)

vanilla extract

rolled oats

a pinch

fresh or frozen mixed berries
Instructions
In a bowl or container, combine almond milk, yogurt, and cream cheese (if using). Stir until well combined.
Add maple syrup and vanilla extract, mixing well to create a creamy base.
Stir in rolled oats, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt until evenly distributed.
Gently fold in mixed berries.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
In the morning, stir the oats and serve topped with Greek yogurt, a drizzle of maple syrup, and granola or graham cracker crumbs.
