Preparation

  • Start by measuring out all your ingredients.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, chia seeds, unsweetened almond butter, whey vanilla protein powder, fresh lemon juice, and unsweetened almond milk.
  • Secure the lid on the blender and blend on high speed for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.
  • Check the consistency; if too thick, add more almond milk as needed.
  • Taste your smoothie. If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass or bowl and serve immediately.
