Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium Frozen Ripe Bananas Peeled before freezing.
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries or Strawberries
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk or Coconut Milk Start with less to control thickness.
  • to taste Optional Toppings Fresh berries, granola, coconut flakes, nut butter.

Instructions
 

  • Ensure the bananas are peeled and frozen beforehand.
  • Add the frozen bananas, blueberries, and raspberries or strawberries to the blender.
  • Pour in the almond or coconut milk, starting with a small amount.
  • Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • If too thick, add a little more milk; if too runny, add more frozen fruit.
  • Pour the smoothie into bowls and top with fresh berries, granola, coconut flakes, or nut butter.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
