  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Opt for high-quality chicken for the best flavor.
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (about 10.5 oz)
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix (about 1 oz) Add other seasonings cautiously.
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • to taste none Salt and pepper Remember that ranch dressing mix already has salt.
  • to taste none Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) Adds a pop of color.

Preparation

  • Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup with the ranch dressing mix and chicken broth, stirring until well blended.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring the chicken is covered.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  • After cooking, shred the chicken within the gravy using two forks.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
