Ingredients
  

For the mousse

  • 1 cup heavy cream Chilled
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 packet cream cheese, softened (about 8 ounces)

For garnish

  • 1 cup crushed Biscoff cookies
  • extra pieces whole Biscoff cookies For decoration

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
  • In the chilled bowl, whisk the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
  • In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and Biscoff spread together until smooth and creamy.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to mix until well combined and fluffy.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream into the Biscoff mixture, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
  • Spoon the mousse into serving cups or bowls and tap them gently to remove any air bubbles.

Chilling

  • Chill the mousse for a few hours or overnight to allow flavors to develop.

Serving

  • Before serving, sprinkle the crushed Biscoff cookies on top and garnish with a whole cookie.

Notes
