Biscoff cookie spread

Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Add the Biscoff cookie spread and mix well until evenly combined.
Pour in the milk and stir until all ingredients are well incorporated and the oats are submerged.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture into mason jars. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Before serving, stir the oats and add a splash of milk if desired for a thinner consistency.
Top with chopped Biscoff cookies, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of cinnamon before enjoying.
