Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned or rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie spread
  • 2/3 cup milk of your choice
  • Optional toppings chopped Biscoff cookies, whipped cream, cinnamon dusting

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  • Add the Biscoff cookie spread and mix well until evenly combined.
  • Pour in the milk and stir until all ingredients are well incorporated and the oats are submerged.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture into mason jars. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, stir the oats and add a splash of milk if desired for a thinner consistency.
  • Top with chopped Biscoff cookies, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of cinnamon before enjoying.
