frozen blackberries

rolled oats

vanilla yogurt

Instructions
In a large jar or container, add the frozen blackberries first.
Add the rolled oats and chia seeds on top of the blackberries.
Pour in the oat milk and vanilla yogurt.
Mix everything together thoroughly using a spoon or whisk.
Let the mixture sit for 2-3 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.
Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight, or at least for one hour.
In the morning, give the oats a good stir before serving.
