Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 1/4 cups oat milk
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a large jar or container, add the frozen blackberries first.
  • Add the rolled oats and chia seeds on top of the blackberries.
  • Pour in the oat milk and vanilla yogurt.
  • Mix everything together thoroughly using a spoon or whisk.
  • Let the mixture sit for 2-3 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.
  • Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight, or at least for one hour.
  • In the morning, give the oats a good stir before serving.
