Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp thyme dried or fresh
  • 1 tsp oregano dried or fresh
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, pressing the spices into the meat.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is crispy and blackened.

Notes
