Instructions
In a bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper.
Place the shrimp in a large bowl and pour the spice mixture over them. Mix well to ensure the shrimp are evenly coated. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp in a single layer.
Cook for about 2 minutes, then flip the shrimp and cook for another 2 minutes until pink and opaque.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional 30 seconds.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges before serving.
