Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 large fresh or frozen bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, etc.)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • Ice (if using fresh fruits)

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and prepare your fresh fruits by chopping the bananas if using fresh.
  • In a blender, combine the blueberries, bananas, milk, and chia seeds.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if desired. If too thick, add more milk.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
