Ingredients

fresh or frozen blueberries

fresh or frozen bananas
1 1/2

milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, etc.)

Tbsp
chia seeds
Ice
(if using fresh fruits)
Instructions
Gather all your ingredients and prepare your fresh fruits by chopping the bananas if using fresh.
In a blender, combine the blueberries, bananas, milk, and chia seeds.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Taste and adjust sweetness if desired. If too thick, add more milk.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
