Instructions
Gather all your ingredients, ensuring the beet is peeled and diced.
Place almond milk, frozen blueberries, diced beet, frozen pineapple, and Greek yogurt into a high-speed blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or agave syrup, blending again if necessary.
