  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • a pinch salt

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients in one place to streamline the preparation.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and Greek yogurt, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
  • Gradually incorporate the almond flour and protein powder into the wet ingredients using a spatula or wooden spoon.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries.
  • Form small balls or bites, approximately one inch in diameter, using your hands and place them on a parchment-lined tray.

Chill

  • Chill the bites in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Serving

  • Enjoy the bites right away or store them for later.
