Ingredients
  

For the yogurt mixture

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to preference
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

For the texture

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries Ripe blueberries preferred
  • 1 cup granola or nuts (optional) For added texture

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Prepare a muffin tin or silicone mold by lightly greasing it or lining it with paper liners.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, ensuring an even distribution.
  • Fill each compartment of the muffin tin or mold with the mixture about three-quarters full.
  • If using granola or nuts, sprinkle a small amount on top of each yogurt bite.
  • Place the mold in the freezer and let the bites freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely firm.

Serving

  • Once solid, remove the yogurt bites from the mold and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
