Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine rolled oats and chia seeds.
  • Pour in the unsweetened almond milk and add maple syrup, stirring until well combined.
  • Cover the bowl tightly and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
  • In the morning, stir in the fresh blueberries, reserving some for topping if desired.
  • Serve in jars or bowls, adding additional toppings if you like.
