  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 whole frozen banana (broken into chunks – about 100 grams)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients on your kitchen counter for easy access.
  • Pour the milk into the blender first, followed by the Greek yogurt, broken banana chunks, and frozen blueberries.
  • Blend on low speed to combine, then increase to high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Check the consistency. If it’s too thick, add more milk gradually while blending.
  • Serve immediately in a glass or jar, garnished with fresh fruit or toppings if desired.
