Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana (frozen for extra creaminess)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 cup spinach (optional for added nutrition)

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and prepare any fresh fruits.
  • Pour 1 1/2 cups of almond milk into the blender.
  • Add 1 1/2 cups of blueberries and the banana.
  • Add the vanilla extract, honey or maple syrup, and protein powder (if using).
  • Blend on low, gradually increasing to high speed until smooth (about 30 to 60 seconds).
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency as needed.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
