unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or your choice of milk)

blueberries (fresh or frozen)

banana (frozen for extra creaminess)

pure vanilla extract

honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

vanilla protein powder (optional)

Instructions
Gather all your ingredients and prepare any fresh fruits.
Pour 1 1/2 cups of almond milk into the blender.
Add 1 1/2 cups of blueberries and the banana.
Add the vanilla extract, honey or maple syrup, and protein powder (if using).
Blend on low, gradually increasing to high speed until smooth (about 30 to 60 seconds).
Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency as needed.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
