Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 medium Frozen Banana adds natural sweetness and creaminess
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach (or frozen)
  • 1 cup Milk of Choice dairy or non-dairy, adjust for consistency
  • 3/4 cup Frozen Blueberries provides sweetness and color

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients: frozen banana, spinach, milk, and frozen blueberries.
  • In a blender, add the frozen banana, spinach, milk, and frozen blueberries. Add spinach last for best blending.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness by adding more milk if desired.
  • Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired. Blend again.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
