Instructions
Gather all ingredients: frozen banana, spinach, milk, and frozen blueberries.
In a blender, add the frozen banana, spinach, milk, and frozen blueberries. Add spinach last for best blending.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness by adding more milk if desired.
Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired. Blend again.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
