Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt (Greek or regular) Choose high-quality yogurt for the best texture.
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries Can substitute with frozen blueberries, thawed slightly.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional, adjust according to sweetness preference.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds flavor.
  • a pinch salt Enhances flavors.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Wash the blueberries thoroughly and blend them in a blender or food processor until smooth. For a chunky texture, blend less.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well until smooth.
  • Fill a silicone mold or ice cube tray with the yogurt mixture, leaving some space at the top.
  • Add a spoonful of blueberry puree into each section and swirl with a toothpick or skewer to create a marbled effect.
  • Place the mold in the freezer for about 4 to 6 hours, or until completely frozen.
  • Once frozen, remove the bites from the mold. If they stick, run warm water over the back of the mold to help release them.
  • Store the frozen bites in an airtight container in the freezer.
