Ingredients
  

  • 18 oz boxed brownie mix
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 9 large marshmallows
  • 4 oz vanilla frosting store-bought
  • 1 tube black writing gel

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan by lining it with parchment paper and greasing it with butter.
  • Mix the brownie batter according to the boxed mix instructions, substituting melted butter for oil.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and bake as directed on the package.
  • Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them into squares.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, soften the vanilla frosting by heating it for about 10 seconds in the microwave.
  • Spread a spoonful of softened frosting on each brownie square to act as an adhesive for the marshmallows.
  • Decorate the marshmallows with black writing gel to create ghostly faces.
  • Press the decorated marshmallow ghosts onto the frosting-covered brownies.
  • Let the brownies set for a bit before serving.
