Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan by lining it with parchment paper and greasing it with butter.
Mix the brownie batter according to the boxed mix instructions, substituting melted butter for oil.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and bake as directed on the package.
Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them into squares.
In a microwave-safe bowl, soften the vanilla frosting by heating it for about 10 seconds in the microwave.
Spread a spoonful of softened frosting on each brownie square to act as an adhesive for the marshmallows.
Decorate the marshmallows with black writing gel to create ghostly faces.
Press the decorated marshmallow ghosts onto the frosting-covered brownies.
Let the brownies set for a bit before serving.
