Pasta Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (your choice) Penne, fusilli, or spaghetti work well.
  • 1 package Boursin cheese (5.2 ounces) Herb-infused flavor preferred.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Adds creaminess to the dish.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For topping and mixing.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping and mixing.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Used for sautéing garlic.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced For flavoring.
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs Enhances the overall flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust seasoning as preferred.
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Adds a fresh touch.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute, or until fragrant.
  • Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and Boursin cheese. Allow the cheese to melt, stirring continuously until smooth.
  • Add in the cooked pasta along with the dried Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Balance the seasoning to your preference.
  • Mix in half of the mozzarella and half of the Parmesan cheese until well combined.

Baking

  • Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
