Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add cooked and diced chicken to the skillet and stir well.
Pour in chicken broth and bring it to a simmer, allowing the flavors to meld for about 5 minutes.
Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Boursin cheese until melted and creamy.
Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
Toss cooked pasta into the sauce, ensuring each piece is coated.
Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
