Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts cooked and diced
  • 8 oz Pasta of your choice (penne, fusilli, or spaghetti)
  • 5 oz Boursin Cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add cooked and diced chicken to the skillet and stir well.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring it to a simmer, allowing the flavors to meld for about 5 minutes.
  • Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Boursin cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Toss cooked pasta into the sauce, ensuring each piece is coated.
  • Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
