Instructions
Preheat your broiler.
Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Add parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Place salmon fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them soak for a few minutes.
Arrange the salmon skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Broil the salmon for about 10-15 minutes, or until browned and flaky.
Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
