Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Salmon Fillets 4-6 ounces each.
  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1.5 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Chopped Fresh Parsley Plus more for garnish.
  • 1.5 tsp Fresh Thyme Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • Lemon Wedges For Serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your broiler.
  • Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Add parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  • Place salmon fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them soak for a few minutes.
  • Arrange the salmon skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Broil the salmon for about 10-15 minutes, or until browned and flaky.
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
