Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 scoops (50g) protein powder (vanilla or chocolate flavor)
  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats and protein powder.
  • Add the almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  • Stir in a pinch of sea salt and ensure the protein powder is well dissolved.
  • Seal the container and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir the mixture and add more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  • Divide the oats into two bowls or jars and top with chocolate chips, walnuts, and peanut butter if desired.
