Instructions
Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions.
In a separate bowl, prepare the white cake mix and add a few drops of orange food coloring.
Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
Spoon a dollop of brownie mix into each cupcake liner, filling them about one-third of the way.
Cover the brownie batter with orange cake batter until the liners are filled to about three-quarters full.
Preheat your oven to 350°F and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes.
Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
Frost each cupcake with buttercream and sprinkle with Halloween-themed sprinkles.
