Ingredients
  

Pasta and Chicken

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced Ensure chicken is cooked through

Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking chicken
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh is preferable
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese For melting into the sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Drain the pasta and set aside.

Cooking the Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the diced chicken and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Ensure there is no pink in the center.

Making the Sauce

  • Lower the heat and add minced garlic, sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Pour in heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; stir and bring to a gentle simmer.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add the drained pasta into the skillet and toss with the sauce until coated.
  • Stir in grated parmesan cheese and mix until melted.

Serving

  • Transfer to serving bowls, garnish with chopped parsley, and enjoy!
