  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded Leftover roast chicken works well.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce Adjust amount based on desired spiciness.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing You can use a lighter option if desired.
  • 1 cup celery, chopped Adds a refreshing crunch.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Sharp cheddar recommended.
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced For garnish and extra flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper Season according to preference.

Preparation

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; opt for rotini or penne for best results. Drain and cool completely.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with shredded chicken.
  • Pour Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing over pasta and chicken, and gently stir to coat everything.
  • Add chopped celery, shredded cheddar, and sliced green onions, and mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving if you prefer it cold.

  • Serve in a large bowl or individual cups. Garnish with extra green onions or cheddar cheese if desired.
