Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a large baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the chicken is coated.
Slice the King's Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping the tops and bottoms attached, and place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle half of the shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the bottom halves of the rolls.
Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the cheese, then top with the remaining cheese.
Place the tops of the rolls back on and brush with melted butter mixed with Italian seasoning.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your sliders!
