Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Frank's buffalo wings sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika or regular
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt

For the Wrap

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (or iceberg lettuce), chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 of a medium red onion cut into half moons
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by cutting the boneless skinless chicken breasts into long, thin strips.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, Frank's buffalo sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Add the chicken strips to the marinade and let them sit for at least 10 minutes.

Cooking

  • Heat up a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken strips and cook for about 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.

Assembly

  • Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean plate.
  • Top each tortilla with a layer of romaine or iceberg lettuce. Drizzle some ranch dressing on top, then add shredded carrots, halved onions, and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Place a few strips of chicken down the center of each tortilla and roll tightly.

Serving

  • Serve the wraps with extra hot sauce or ranch dressing on the side. Enjoy!

Notes

You can customize your wraps with your favorite ingredients or adjust the spice level. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
