Instructions
Ensure that your butternut squash is spiralized into noodles.
Melt the unsalted butter in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the butternut squash noodles to the pan and toss to coat in the butter.
Season with kosher salt and black pepper.
Cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
