Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Butternut Squash Noodles Spiralized butternut squash.
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt To taste.
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper To taste.
  • Parmesan Cheese To Taste (Optional) For serving.

Instructions
 

  • Ensure that your butternut squash is spiralized into noodles.
  • Melt the unsalted butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the butternut squash noodles to the pan and toss to coat in the butter.
  • Season with kosher salt and black pepper.
  • Cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
