Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked Pasta penne or rotini
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cooked and shredded
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 0.5 cup Bell Pepper diced
  • 0.5 cup Onion diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Cajun seasoning, shredded cheese, chicken broth, sour cream, diced bell peppers, diced onion, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and slightly golden on top.
  • Allow the dish to cool for a few minutes before serving.
