In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Cajun seasoning, shredded cheese, chicken broth, sour cream, diced bell peppers, diced onion, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and slightly golden on top.
Allow the dish to cool for a few minutes before serving.
