Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 cups Pasta Shells
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Parmesan or mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Season the bite-sized steak pieces with Cajun seasoning, ensuring even coverage.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Test the oil with a small piece of steak; it should sizzle.
  • Add the seasoned steak pieces to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Add minced garlic to the hot skillet and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring to combine.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  • Add the cooked pasta and steak bites back to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
