Instructions
Season the bite-sized steak pieces with Cajun seasoning, ensuring even coverage.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Test the oil with a small piece of steak; it should sizzle.
Add the seasoned steak pieces to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the hot skillet and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring to combine.
Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add the cooked pasta and steak bites back to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
