  • Cake pop sticks
  • Wax paper

Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 small apples
  • 1/2 package Candi Quik or white chocolate
  • black gel icing for decorating
  • 6-8 cake pop sticks
  • wax paper for setting the apples

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your work area with sheets of wax paper for setting the candy apples.
  • Remove the stems from the apples and insert the cake pop sticks into the center of each apple.
  • Melt the Candi Quik in a microwave-safe bowl according to package instructions, stirring to ensure a smooth consistency.
  • Dip each apple into the melted Candi Quik, making sure to coat the entire apple. Allow any excess to drip off.
  • Drizzle extra melted Candi Quik on top of the apple's bottom to create a ghost shape.
  • Let the apples set for about an hour until the candy coating hardens.
  • Once set, use black gel icing to create eyes and mouths on each apple.
